JP PERALTA , is a man with a golden heart who lives to help in the transformation of Leadership Norms into a system and Program that will mold and enhance them to become better and profitable leaders of our society. He applies his experiences in youth leadership,theater acting,business directing and marketing,and Team Building with his current teaching profession. He conducted Leadership Training to marketing groups,corporate leaders,men in uniform, church manpower, and specially the young people.
